A: Ken Brennan, shebang

Oscar Schmidt and Casio LK-280 wandered the neighbourhood walking their Digitech RP-255 when they heard a sound from the cemetery. The ground around the graves was soft enough to sink into. Up to their ears they sank. Listening to the digital underground come to life. They were surrounded by an impossibly large computer with its own GarageBand applauding the living with compositions vivid and giving. Escaping only with the sucking sound of the upside down.

B: Lärmschutz, fears of children

In recent recordings by Lärmschutz, Rutger van Driel investigates the human mind and mental health in all is aspects. Although fear isn't a mental illness, it can be both a symptom and a reason for mental health issues. Childhood anxieties, if not treated the right way, can have a tremendous impact in the life of a human being. In this recording, van Driel walks the line between, on the one hand the playfulness of children, and on the other hand the fears of children.
